2. The Four Day Course
​
This four day (4x90min) course is all anyone will ever need. It will give you a technique which you can use for the rest of your life and gives you access to a lifetime of follow up with me or any teacher of Vedic Meditiaton worldwide. This course consists of:-

Day 1
Introduction to Meditation and it’s benefits and what to expect over the rest of the course .
Day 2
Each member will be given a personal mantra (sound) and will be guided into meditation allowing them to experience deep relaxation and a technique they can use now and every day for the rest of their lives.
​
Day 3
The participants will be given all the information required to successfully meditate including the ways in which to incorporate this into your work life and home life.
Plus we will meditate together as a group followed by Q+A
​
Day 4
Day 4 will be about how to use this technique to improve performance and how to use meditation as a tactic in life - how it helps with illness /Jet Lag/ and overall well being.
Plus a Group meditation, Q+A and information on follow-up.

Once the team have learned the technique, we can schedule regular follow-ups depending on what your company would like.

There are many styles and techniques of meditation available these days, all of them beneficial and the obvious question would be "why Vedic?"
​
Vedic Meditation is a Transcendent meditation technique, which goes beyond the thinking process, and the mind enters a place of stillness.
In this space the body goes into a deep state of rest
– scientifically proven to be 5 x deeper than sleep.

The mind and body start a repairing process eliminating stress and fatigue,
by reducing cortisol (a stress hormone in the blood). This method is also able to be done anywhere and at any time which makes it easier for companies to schedule it into their diaries.
